About ELIZON

Every organisation should run AI on its own terms.

ELIZON is building the platform that lets organisations — and the partners who serve them — put AI agents to work under their own control: on their own infrastructure, with any model, and with roles, budgets and an audit log around every agent.

From the founder

Why I’m building ELIZON.

I’ve spent more than twenty years building enterprise software, most of them in Sofia, for organisations that can’t afford to get it wrong.

That work has taken me across banking, financial services, insurance and healthcare, and from core enterprise systems to computer vision and enterprise AI. I’ve led engineering organisations, owned the commercial results and taken products from first design to paying customers.

Along the way I learned where AI projects really fail, and it is rarely the model. They stall because nobody is accountable for the agent, nobody caps its cost and nobody can show what it did, so the value never reaches the P&L. In Europe there is a second problem: the data often can’t leave the building.

ELIZON solves both. Every agent sits in an organisation and project, with roles, human review, a budget and an audit log, and it runs on infrastructure you control, with any model. We sell through partners (IT services firms, telcos and sovereign clouds) because they already hold the trust of the organisations that need this most.

If you want to know whether it will work for you, start with one process and one number. That is what our pilot is for.

Where we come from

A European company.

ELIZON is a European company, incorporated in Bulgaria and built in Sofia. We stand for European digital sovereignty: organisations should control their own data, models and agents. We build for organisations everywhere that want to run AI on their own terms.

Why now

Every company needs an agent strategy. Few can govern one.

Agents are moving from demos into real work. Securing a single agent is being standardised in sandboxes. Running hundreds of them across departments and clients — with roles, budgets and a record of what they did — is the part nobody has solved.

The results so far show the gap. In PwC’s 2026 Global CEO Survey, 56% of 4,454 CEOs said AI had delivered no significant financial benefit yet, and only 12% saw both lower costs and higher revenue. Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be cancelled by the end of 2027 because of rising costs, unclear business value or weak risk controls.

In Europe the bar is higher. GDPR, DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act mean many organisations can’t send their data to platforms they don’t control. They need agents that run on their own infrastructure, with any model.

The agent era is here

Organisations are told they need an agent strategy now.

Most of it isn’t paying off

Pilots stall because cost, control and value aren’t measured.

Sovereignty is now a requirement

Regulation and data control rule out many platforms that take data out of the house.

Partners are the channel

Services firms and telcos already own the relationships — they need something to resell.

How we build

Lean by design.

ELIZON is built with an AI-driven software factory: every feature goes from requirements to architecture, tests and code through a governed, phase-gated process. We ship like a much larger team — and we use the same discipline we sell.

For investors.

We’re looking for early-stage investors who can open doors to partners and customers in Europe and beyond, and help turn an early pipeline into recurring revenue.

Our deck and data room are shared after a first conversation.
