How Elizon EDPK handles the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
Elizon EDPK, str. “Saedinenie 184”, Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at hello@elizon.ai.
What we collect
- What you send in our forms: your name, work email and organisation, and the answers you choose, such as your industry, where ELIZON must run, or the process you would start with.
- Product updates: your work email, only if you subscribe.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records what it needs to deliver pages and keep them secure: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers or analytics.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo, briefing, pilot conversation or security pack: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To send product updates, only if you subscribe: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
- To keep the site secure: our legitimate interest in protecting it (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
Our team, and the providers who run this site for us: hosting in the EU on OVHcloud, form delivery by Web3Forms, and email with Hostinger. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and the emails that follow only as long as we need them to answer your request and follow it up, then delete them. We keep product-update subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@elizon.ai. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria.
